All automation prices below are one-time build fees. These are scope guides; your written quote confirms the fixed price before work starts.

  • Simple task: $250–$750. One trigger, one action and up to two apps using an existing connection. Clean, consistent input; testing, instructions and one revision. No custom code, data cleanup or AI analysis at the $250 starting scope.
  • Focused workflow: $750–$2,500. Several steps for one process, such as turning a consistent report export into a summary for review. Scope depends on the data, rules and outputs.
  • Connected workflows: from $2,500. Multiple sources, record matching, reports and follow-up drafts, or custom integrations. The full multi-tool demo is an example of a larger build.

Software subscriptions, AI usage and messaging charges are separate. Ongoing support is optional, with its own scope and price. Single-page websites start at $990. All prices are USD.

Describe what you do now, how often you do it and which tools you use. We’ll recommend a starting point and confirm the cost.

Your questions, answered.

  • The goal is to give your team more time. Automations handle preparation and repeatable steps. People review the findings and approve important actions.

  • Yes. Describe the task in your own words and choose “Not sure yet” on the request form. You do not need to choose the software or write a technical brief.

  • WebSage is based in Middletown, Delaware. We also work remotely, so we can discuss your project wherever your team is based.

  • We review your description and email you about the next step. We may ask questions before confirming a small demo. If a demo is not practical, we will explain the options. A full build is quoted separately.
